Here at Mountain Mama’s Home, this space was created with you in mind. The tired mama, the faithful homemaker, the homeschooling mom wondering if she’s doing enough, the homesteader learning to juggle a dozen spinning plates. I see you—because I am you. As a second-generation homeschooler who’s already graduated one of my own, and a homemaker with years of hands-in-the-dirt, real-life experience, I understand what it means to live in the tension of joyful calling and daily overwhelm.

This is a place where homemaking, homeschooling, and homesteading come together—anchored in faith and built on grace.

Proverbs 14:1 says, “The wise woman builds her house…” That’s not about having a spotless home or a Pinterest-perfect routine. It’s about building with intention, with love, with faithfulness. It’s about healing and refining yourself so you can continue growing as a mom, and it’s about sowing seeds—both in the soil and in the hearts of your children—and trusting God for the harvest.

So whether you’re knee-deep in laundry, starting a sourdough starter, or navigating phonics and fractions at the kitchen table, know this: you are doing holy, meaningful work. And you don’t have to do it alone.
